About the event
Roll into Beginner Floorwork is a Shoulder Roll intensive and beginner/intermediate floorwork combo class.
The focus for this class will be how to start training your to get a shoulder roll and add some fun varations to toss in your own flow for those that already have it through a spicey little combo!
Taught by out of state guest ACTin' Up from Seattle.
Be sure to bring water and something you can move in. (A shirt that covers your shoulders is a good move for this one! )
Some moblitiy in you legs, hips, core, and shoulders is reccomanded for this class. Adoptions will be prepared especially for those with absent limbs.
