This class is a floorwork choreo class and shoulderoll intensive!
We will be working on beginer shoulder rolls work our way through several level variations.
After this we will transitions into a beginner floorwork combo with bothbeginner and intermediate verastions for folks that want a challenge.
This class does require mobility in the legs back core and arms. Adjustment can be made for absent limbs or prostetics as needed.
