This class is a beginner intermediate floorwork choreo class with a focus on shoulder rolls and movement. You will learn a basic backwards shoulder roll and a short choreography to go with it .

This class is a floorwork choreo class and shoulder work intensive!
We will be working on beginer shoulder rolls and variations.
Follow that I will teach a beginner floorwork routine with intermediate verastions for folks that want a challenge.
This class does require mobility in the legs back core and arms. Adjustment can be made for absent limbs or prostetics as needed.
All body, genders, perfromer types and levels welcome.
