Join them for a 90-minute immersive workshop designed to explore the deep connection between movement and emotion. Through a series of guided exercises, we’ll tap into our emotional landscapes to uncover how feelings shape the way we move — and how movement, in turn, can express universal emotions to an audience.
This class invites vulnerability, curiosity, and play as we work toward three main goals:
Understanding how emotions influence our physical expression.
Learning to use movement to embody and communicate universal emotions.
Developing the ability to portray authentic emotions and feelings to an audience.
